Spare part storage units equipped with barcode system, service station and training center are located at the After Sales Services Directorate, which is located on an area of approximately 28.000 m2 in Ankara. HİDROMEK provides service and spare part supplies totally through 63 points in Turkey, 55 of which are specially authorized service units.

 

We provide our services and spare part supplies through our 150 dealers abroad. Furthermore, the international authorized dealers management also provides sales and after sales services through our international sales and after sales service centers such as HİDROMEK WEST in Barcelona, Spain; HİDROMEK RUSSIAN in Krasnodar, Russia and HİDROMEK JAPAN in Sagamihara, Japan. The required technical and logistics support for the regions other than the ones mentioned above is provided by the After Sales Services Directorate in Turkey.
